What do I receive when I buy?
Each product page describes what the download contains. Items still being packaged show a Preparing message in your dashboard until their files are ready.
Do I need a specific design program?
No single program is required, but support differs between programs and versions. Check that yours can open the kind of file described on the product page, and email us before you buy if you are unsure.
Are the files editable?
Our illustrations are built from grouped shapes with flat fills or simple gradients, and text is never baked in, so you can recolor, resize and rearrange them as you like.
Can I use the artwork in client projects?
Each purchase includes a standard usage allowance for your own and client design work, such as websites, apps, social posts, print and packaging. You may not resell or redistribute the raw files themselves.
Why do some items show Preparing in my downloads?
We release downloads product by product. Items whose files are still being packaged show a Preparing message in your dashboard, and your order stays on your account until they are ready.
Do icon sets scale without losing quality?
Icons are drawn as vector shapes, so they are designed to stay sharp at any size. Each product page describes what is included.
Will patterns repeat without visible seams?
Every pattern tile is built so its edges meet exactly. The printable pattern tiling guide that is the Confetti Pattern Tiles download explains how repeats work and how to set one up in common editors.
How will I receive my purchase?
No shipping. Instant digital delivery after payment.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of purchase. To request one, email support@yedrionimagecraftplatform.com.
Is this a one-time purchase?
Yes. Every order is a one-time payment, no subscription or recurring charges.
What will appear on my card statement?
Charges appear as YedrionImageCraftPlatf.
Is there a limit on quantity?
Digital items can be purchased once per order.
